Mission 1 is complete! I found a program to make decent before and after pictures. Finally the end to step one of a life long journey! I lost 31.2 lbs(14.2 kg) and just under 10% body fat! The work was hard, but extremely rewarding! I’m going to take a week or so off from the intense training and ready myself for the RTP TS!! I want to reread everything Adam has put together and make sure I have everything in order so I can go into it at a full sprint. I will still be eating healthy and doing some cardio so I don’t lose the progress I’ve made, but the two-a-day workouts are over for a week or two. Thanks again to everyone who encouraged me and kept me going when I really didn’t feel motivated. The blogging and accountability system that is in place here is the ONLY reason Mission 1 didn’t turn out like all the other diets I have tried in the past.
